If you want wider grooves you can stack the cut-off disks also.

Does anyone have pictures of some grooved or cut tires ? just need some examples. I was thinking about grooving my mashers to try to compete with a set of claws.

Wear protective gear, gloves, glasses and mask (filter for your breathing). I tried cut-off discs, high speed cutter and diamond wheels. In the end I used stacked diamond wheels (should have stacked more), if I had had larger diameter high speed cutter would probable have used that but the collet kept rubbing the tire shoulder. When I was done there was rubber dust everywhere and some smoke... I was sneezing some black stuff for days. But now I have Mud Thrasers that look like Mashers. Yours Spot(T)
