Tires are a very large part of our business. We have been getting a lot of negative reports from customers on several of the M3 compound tires. It appears that softer isn't always better. Most of the tires that we stock are M2s based on this info. I still think it's nice that people have the different compound option. I've also had a few customers that loved the M3s. It may well be a combination of terrain, compound, tread design, and tire insert type.

M3 will be my winter compound. Weather affects the compound a lot. If you are in a very cold climate during winter, you should try the M3 tires. It's like a whole different tire. I used them on sub 32 degree F days and they performed much like an M2 tire.

Thats what a few of the 801RCC guys do.
M2's warm weather, M3's cold weather.

I found that 32 f was the magic number also. Ran the m3 m2k all winter but the one comp it warmed up a little in the afternoon they stoped hooking up, and the m2 worked better.

This is the same thing I have found with the Hammers.
I have the M3's and they did great is the cold but above 40 they struggle.
Will be my winter tire for sure.
My 2 cents.

This has been reported over and over for the last few weeks, and I am honestly surprised that people keep buying the M3's.
