Krock inserts or no inserts

Just got some Krock CRAWLR's does everyone ron the inseret I have the NN form the crawler store saw a post from Dirk Digler he used a star partern is that the norm. or a trail run.

Don't use foams, soften the crap out of them and make larger voids between the lugs.
