Default Super class Dual Stage foams (non-memory)

These are proto type dual stage Super Class non memory foams. These are CNC cut and are the same compound as my 2.2 and 1.9 Dual Stage foams. These particular foams are for a 40 series or 4 inch rim. These foams were designed for the RC4WD X - Locks and Pro-Line Moab XL's. I also had the custom 2.2 tires in mind that some guys cut n shut bigger for the Super class.

These are proto types and only 4 sets were made. I am looking for input and feedback on this foam size and foam compounds. I am also exploring 4.5 inch size rim, tire and foams ideas.

The foams measure 7 3/8 tall and 2 1/4 wide. The inner foam diameter is 3 7/8 inches.

Here they are pictured with a Pro-Line Cheyenne bead lock wheel:

Installed in the Moab XL and on a bead lock:

Nice!!!

Need a tester? ;)

I'm considering throwing together a set of panther Leopards on 40series for my super. These would be perfect for that set-up.

I already have that covered. I saw these in action at our TXRCRCA East Texas Chapter monthly points series comp and they were great. Shane_744 should have a review with pictures and video soon.

Got the foams this morning at the East Texas Comp. Swapped them into my Super Leopards (Tires are 2" wide by 7.1" tall).
My super is 7.5lbs. No weight on wheels (wheels/tires/foams are about 12oz each), just 8oz of total weight on the front knuckles, no weight in rear.

These side hill great, are the correct density, perfect width, fill out the tire and really bring my Super Leopards alive. Won't need to trim anything with these foams. They weigh nothing too. Eddie really did his research with this foam density and measurements. Best foams I have ran in these "pizza cutter" type wheels/tires.

Put up an extra foam to compare size and my 2.2 on the right.
All the pictures the I have the Nova Super Dual Stage Foams installed in the tires. And I picked up a set of the 2.2 Nova Foams too. Those look really good too.

Here is a video. Rocks were big and chunky with lots of gaps/holes. My driving skills could use some work but these foams help me out.
