Is there any way to balance 2.2 tires

OK this is probably a dumb newbie question, but I am new to this sport. I have an Axial Scorpion with the Pro Line Hammers. They wobble on the rims quite a bit. It looks like the rims spin true, and I know they are tight on the hubs. I cut my foams in a star pattern and weighted them down. I figured when I mounted the tires back on that they would spin true, but no luck. I guess as far as crawling goes it really doesn't matter, just kinda annoying.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

It is annoying but not going to hurt your performance. Wait util you bend a spindle and they wobble, now thats annoying.

try running air rifle BBs in your tire. It won't help much at low speed, but it could improve the wobble at higher speeds.

Assuming your star cuts were even, you probably just need to massage your tires/foams a bit. It happens sometimes - you might try alternating pinching the vertical sidewall then the tire's lugs, horizontally. Go around the whole tire a few times.
Also, make sure that the weight in you wheel weights--if not setup to roll to the bottom of the tire--is evenly distributed.

Thanks

Thanks for the help. Massage did help a bit. Thinking bout getting some 2 stage memory foams. Hopefully that will true things up even more. Seems like there will be no need to cut these foams? The memory foam should be soft enough?

I wouldn't let the wobble bother you...The speeds you'll be running won't effect anything.

I actually prefer mine to be off a bit...when upside down, or hung up flat on your skid, those wobbling tires will help wiggle the truck with some wheel speed, often catching and pulling you through.
