They have to sit for a few hours.....That is what mine also looked like when I purchased them....I thought the same, I thought they are coming with foams...Went out into the garage a few hours later.......And they became PINK foams, its like the dinosaurs you put in water...You have to be patient. |

You can also use a hair dyer on low heat & let in blow on the side's & they will puff back up.

Use a heat gun or a hair dryer and they will perk right up. |

We thought the same thing here. I thought there was no way that was a foam donut..but we just massaged them for a bit and they will come back.

| That works wonders!! I saw these tires work in real hot conditions the other day, not sure what foams he was running. On some side hills they kinda folded over and scared me but he just kept driving and making it hard to keep my tongue in my mouth!!! |

I just did the hair dryer trick...don't even bother trying to wait it out or massaging it back into shape. Few seconds under a hair dryer and it popped back. Super easy! Kinda cool. Reminded me of those capsule foam animals my kids get and put in hot water. |

| giggity I picked up mine today. Same deal with the foams, but all is well. However I'll be curious to know if anyone else has had a problem with any beads not locking into Vanquish DH wheels? I have one bead, on one tire that will not lock down. I can pull it out no matter how I set it in and screw it down. I've marked both the tire and the wheel to see it there was a consistency to where the bead is pulling out from under the ring, and it's random....?? Anyone? |

I'm having the same issue with the beads, almost seems like the ID is 2.3.
