Default 8" Sedona Moab XL Super Tires & Dual Stage Foams from Crawler Innovations

I was asked by a fellow forum member to make these tires for his Super. It takes six Hot Bodies Sedonas and Four Pro-Line Moab XL's to make this set of four. The Dual Stage foams are a new Super Size dual stage foams several of the Team C.I. drivers came up with. The inner foam is thicker and I have several different outer foams depending on the tire height. The tires are all butt jointed with no over laps.

On to the pictures;

looks real bitchin. how do you glue your seams? just put the ic2000 on to the parts where they will make butt joints? or do you tack and run the glue over the whole seam?

I use a two part process myself. I use a thin CA for the actual joint and then go back over all seams with IC 2000.

nice. the first set of haters I made I used aka tire glue for the butt joints, and then that tore apart in spots it must have been thin in. and after learned about ic2000 so I went over the whole inside seam with it. seems to be holding up so far!

since every custom tire has a catchy name on here seems like,
the name of this tire should be "bitch slappers"

These are mounted on a set of HPI Blast Beadlocks narrowed to 1.75" and I can't say enough good things about Eddie's work! Absolutely Beautiful!

Loaded up they sit at 2.75" wide from sidewall lug to sidewall lug, there is a slight pooch in the sidewall from stretching them over the larger diameter rims. I believe if you were to narrow these rims even more they would sit flush and roll out nicely to the tread.

Foams are feeling great Eddie, wish it was ready to DRIVE!!!

The beadlocks are sweet! Do you have more photos of them before assembly? Do they really hold?!
