Crawler Innovations Proto type 4.75 Dual Stage Lil' Nova Foams for Scale Crawlers ***These are Prototypes*** With the release of the new scale rules it's now time for Crawler Innovations to focus more on the scale side of RC rock crawling. Several Team Drivers have been asking about bigger 1.9 dual stage foams for the class 2 scale comp trucks. My machinist brought this tire to me so that I can to get the dimensions I needed to design a new dual stage foam for it. I made three sets of proto types this week and they are going out to testers today (Happy Birthday Eric113). I think this sizing should be pretty close which is why I am posting these teaser pics on RCC the premier crawling web site. Again, this is a proto type and the final design will be cleaner. With that said, on to the pics: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5283/...b275b289_o.jpg Lil' Nova on Left, RC4WD Bogger center, RC4WD stock foam on right: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5086/...5d6762e3_o.jpg Lil' Nova on Left, RC4WD Bogger center, RC4WD stock foam on right: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5043/...542b6813_o.jpg 4.75 Tall Dual Stage Lil' Nova Foams: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5085/...e44f5396_o.jpg |

Thanks again Eddie. Can't wait to test these out with the Claws  |
i am in on a set...or maybe 2 sets"thumbsup" |
Picked mine up tonight and got the rear pair installed on the above pictured boggers. Night and day difference in the feel of the tire itself. Might try and run them tomorrow but I don't have the front wheel weights machined yet. Gonna have to get another set for my 1.9 Spookys. Thanks eddie. I will post some pics up when I get them all mounted up |
Great job"thumbsup". These well perfect for my Claws:ror:. |
these look real nice,,will they be available in die cut? |
Another option good job!"thumbsup" How do you think these will work with the Proline TSl tire? |
I have the regular 1.9 Dual stage foams in my TSLs and I love them. No other foam can compare in side hill stability still have excellent traction "thumbsup". I have Nova foams in all of my rigs (Comp and scale). |
Looking good, was wondering how soon these would be released "thumbsup" |
Hey Eddie these look great!! Are you going to be making a non memfoam option for us in the not so warm part of the country!!:ror: |

i like the 50/50 of hard/soft foam i always felt the 4.25 needed this. killer job nova, always innovating (lol at the un intended pun) and improving. they look wide enough for even the claws |
