Imex swamp dawg's jumbo maxx..

Those Swamp Dawg jumbo maxx'es, are they too hard or do they have enough softness to be a ok crawling/trial tire ??

I know they are inner 3.2", but could i get it on a 3.8" rim ya think ?

I have the moab xl's, but i want something else cool scale looking around the size of the moab's.

Is it possible to fit a imex tire with inner 3.8" on a 40size proline rim ?

Well all I can tell you is.....I bought a set, haven't used them yet. But they are fairly soft and may be ok for crawling if you cut some lugs out.

As for useing different size wheels....:? I personally don't think it would work. But you don't have to use the kong wheels either. I put Imex maxx plutos in mine and they fit great (and don't look as stupid as the kong wheels)
Sorry I can't help anymore than that.

I can get Clod tires on Maxx wheels, just yank and stretch it until it's on.

So give it a try.

Thanks guys !

The most important thing was if they where soft enough, maybe not like the moabs, but not as hard as standard maxx pos tires and so on. Just so i have an idea of the softness, so i know if there is a chance to stretch it some.... wonder if i can stretch those swamp dawgs with inner 3.2" to fit on a 40 size proline, hmmm. Trying to fit it on a 3.8" would probably be the max limit, if it still is going to perform and look good.

btw, i never intended to use those wide kong rims, there are more narrow from imex that will fit nice with these tires, i just want other rims like 3.8 or 40size rims for these maxx jumbo swamp dawgs if i can.

Im looking for 3.8-40size rim, a tire with outer dimension of 6.2 to around 7". Good rock-crawler tire with some mudpreformance too, scale look.

If you got any good suggestions, please pm or post it here, thanks for your time !
