Default How to measure tires

Anybody know how the rules committee and Comp officials are going to measure tire height? Loaded, Unloaded, Stock list.

reasons I am asking:

Pro-Line 1.9 TSL is right at the limit of the 4.15" for class 1.
- If you run it on a wide rim, the height goes down and it fits fine.
- If you measure it loaded, it passes with no issues. If you unload it, I believe it fails by about .1 inches
- If you go by a spec list, it fails by .15 inches.

Other than the Dick Cepek Mud Countries, I can't find any other tires that fir into the 4.15" height that have any stick at all.

First of all, max tire height in class 1 is 4.19"

A tire's height goes off the manufacturer's listed height. A Flatiron and Proline TSL are both 4.2" or taller and therefore class 2 tires.

Other class 1 tires that perform pretty well are:

Outcroppers
Rocky country
Mud thrasher
Tomahawk
Trailbuster
