What are the pros and cons of hacking up the bogger. yes the look mean but is the bark as bad as the bite? Multie use basher mud , rock , trails . What u guys think?

I guess they would clear better, not sure what they would do on the rocks.

Those lugs are really large and likely stiffen the carcass of the tire, preventing it from conforming to uneven surfaces. Cutting/grooving them and remedy this. If I ran Boggers on a rock crawler, I'd do this for sure.

if you cut them make sure you post a pic. i just put my order in tonight for some and im contemplating the cut as well

This is how I cut my 2.2 boggers on my wraith and I was impressed. Helped a lot on the rocks.

cut them... i cut my 44's on my bronco and they seem to clean alot better. just waiting for a second set for my scx10

I removed the smaller lugs on my 1.9's and they are my favorite 1.9's, much better than IROK's - rocks, soup, anywhere.

Must cut! I removed the little lugs on both 2.2 and 1.9 boggers. Much better & definitely worth it

On real Boggers (1:1), you must cut if you want lateral traction. I vote for cutting them.

I got these in a trade and the small lugs were already cut, I spied them but only one cut in each lug. I haven't used them but they do feel much softer
