| What do you guys use to glue tires other than CA glue?
Just wondering what you guys use other than CA glue to glue your tires. |

I used Loctite 406 Instant Adhesive on recomendation of Rubbaneck. And it worked great for doing my super tires.

Would shoe goo work? Might make it significantly easier to cut the tire off in the future.

I use beadlocks! J/K, best glue i used so far for my race car is Losi:s tire glue. |

I agree with G-crawler, use a tire glue. It is specifically made for tires and if kep in the fridge and used with the thin straw applicator and good rubber bands, it is flawless. Coming from the Buggy Truggy world and the 1/8 scale nitro world, I have never has a tire fail that was done properly. That means use the right glue, clean the bead and wheel with Nitro Engine Cleaner. If the rims are painted or plated, removal of the paint or chrome is best but abraiding it (or putting a tooth on it as our brit friends would say) will work.

Just get some CA and put a couple small tacks and itll help. Im sure you could use super glue too, just dont use alot of either one. Matt |

glue? I use loctite 406 when I narrowed my xr10 wheels damn that stuff is strong WOW! I could only think what would happen on tires "prybar" lol

tire to wheel I use shoe goo, easy to remove. cut-n-shut I use fast setting ca and then tire glue ic2000
