What weights did you settle on at this point?

The ring added into the wheel made a big difference.

It is sitting at 7.6 oz in the front for each side.

I am very happy with the setup so far, still tweaking.

this is just what i was thinking could be done to get the weight spit between knuckles and the wheel. what is holding the ring in the wheel?

I think that this will be a good solution for those who still want some weight in their wheels.

Now the wheel weighs in at 4.3 oz.

with the ring on the wheel and the knuckle weight, I am up to 7.7 oz. in the front on each side.

I am still tinkering. What do you think of using the rings on the wheel? I was using what I had. The narrow wheels are difficult to use the automotive stick on wheel weights.
W0W sweet new idea in beadlock wheels and I like the rings inside the wheels for another weight option! The closer the weight is to the wheel center the better!!! They look nice too.

For now I have double faced tape holding them on. I will be drilling and countersinking them so they can be bolted on in the future. I wanted to see how they worked first. I like it so far.

Had a chance to go to one of my favorite places to crawl today. I have one oz. in the wheels in the rear and 3/4 oz. on the rear axle. The knuckle weights help settle the front quite well. This place has the best traction of any place I have ever been.

Good looking rig J.
Where is that site?? It does not look like a regular GSRCRC comp site.

Hopefully I will get some time to finish my MRC Pro soon.....
