Default new to the fourm

Hello all,
my brother-in-law have been playing with our losi mini crawler for weeks now and have decided to start upgrading them. I have been reading several suggestions on here, and recall reading a Q&A thread for "newbies". One or the questions was regarding wheel weights, saying that you can use up to two ounces of weight per wheel on stock rims. I am wanting to confirm i read this correctly, being unable to find the thread again. Does any one know if this is true or have i possibly read it incorrectly.
thank you,
cjvaughn
