Locked Up RC 2.2 Rock Cutter Beadlock Review

I have always liked Locked Up RC Beadlocks, The machining quality has always been one of the best on the market, and the scale factor has always been amazing. I chose the scale hardware over the original hardware, and am glad I did. They added a whole new factor to look of the wheel. If you want a set of these wheels, I would recommend you add the scale hardware.



First impressions of these wheels, the machining on them is awesome! The detail that was achieved definitely passed all my expectations.

Like all of Locked Up RC wheels, they mount up really well. Very easy to do, I mounted up the Proline Super Swamper TSLs to them, and they mounted up with no problems, or issues.





All the rings are bolted to the wheel using 6 screws, the rest are dummy screws. The rings are drilled and tapped for the screws, then you simply screw them in, tighten them up, and cut off the remaining threads. The rear are held on with standard screws.



I have had the TR Beadlocks for a while, and I love them, but these are so much more full of detail. Locked Up has really outdone them with these wheels.











My final thoughts of these wheels, I am very pleased with these wheels. They are a great price for a really good looking wheel. In my opinion these are one of the best looking wheels on the market today. I picked up two sets, and I cant wait to get them installed on my next rig as well.
