What about something to keep it in C1? Width and height ratio relative to the other ones (1.9, 2.2). Such a detailed tire would be awesome in C1 where the scaleness oozes.

Not sure what the max limits for street class Tires are, but I would make them as large as those limits allow. I have a little 55 Chevy pickup that would look great with a set of 1.5 Pit Bulls!  |

4.19 x 1.1" they cant be too wide because of the tire coverage rule for C1. |
