Default advice on 2.2 ripsaw tires on 1" aluminum wheel

hey folks

you that have a lot more experience on crawling tires and wheels

how do you think that would look some DNA wheels or vanquish that normally are 1" / 1.2" with rings on stock r35 2.2 ripsaw for the wraith?
too side ballooning, decent fit, right fir or perfect fit?

any one have pics of 2.1 - 2" width tires on 1" wheels?

In my experience, the Ripsaws were much happier on a slightly wider wheel.. I tried mine first on 1" VP SLW's but didn't like it at all... Now have them on Gear Head ez-loc rims that are 1.3 IIRC and they work much better.. Sidewalls are more parallel between the bead and edge of tread instead of being sucked in by the rim. I'm certain there are folks who feel the opposite and a different way works better for them and they wouldn't be wrong.. I've just stated what works for me.

I run both my sets of ripsaws on 1" wheels. They are just fine.

Stock ripsaws are NOT the r35 compound, stock ripsaws need to be cut and or siped to allow the stock medium compound rubber to flex a lil more. Usually wide wheels dont allow as much flex of the rubber, so be careful how wide of a wheel you use. If you bought a set of ripsaws from a hs or online hs then those are the r35's, A little better specification would help. I personally dont think the r35's need to be cut, at most you could sipe the r35's but I wouldn't even do that. BTW I ran the ripsaws on a 1" wide wheel as well and I thought they were great.

Cool thanks guys a pic will help a lot to see them but I will trust in you on this,
Sorry if I didnt clarify this since the beggining but mines are the ones that come with the kit so they're r35 compound, are really sticky and soft as you can check in the axial website.

RPP lists these rims as 1.54" wide.
