Default Does 1.9 wheel wideners exist? Not talking about spacers

Hi,

Is there any 1.9 wheel wideners that does exist? I'm not talking about wheels spacers like HR offer but really something you would put between the ring and the wheels so the wheels itself is wider????

So I would be able to have a result like this :

thank you

ive looked around, and the only answer i came up with was to have a set custom milled by a vendor on here, either out of aluminum or delrin, i like the look as well just slightly less than your pic,

eddie at Crawler innovations makes them for VP wheels.
Crawler Innovations Bead Lock wideners for VP wheels
but they are for 2.2

another option would be bolting/glueing/fiberglassing two axial plastic 1.9s together.

Nobody listens to the people who actually use the products. I have told manufacturers to make wider wheels and that wider wheels make the current and available market tires perform better. But nobody listens. As long as the masses buy parts that don't perform but because it looks good, nothing will change. I'd love to buy some 1" or wider 1.9 wheels. I'd love to buy some 1.35" and wider bead locks.

Exactly, hell I'd pay a little more for an extra 1/4" wider wheels

VP uses 3 piece design for all the scale wheels, so it would be more involved than the simple 1/4" widener I made for the SLW. Most people do not see the added cost of a widener as affordable.

I love my set of CAC wheels that are 15/16" wide, they made a nice wide tire. I need to look into foams though, I couldn't get the right mix that filled the tire properly.. Any suggestions?

I can take care of you for foams. I recommend the 4.50" Lil' Nova Foams for the 1.9 Rock Beasts. Here is a link:
Lil' Nova 1.9 Dual Stage 4.50T Foam Pair (2)

If you place an order, in the customer notes tell me the width of your wheels and I will set you up with a wider set of foams.

Beautiful yota

Well.. IMO.. Everyone else can just sit on their 3/4" wide wheels.. I know some of us would pay for them I know I would.. Hell, look at the total cost of VP OMF wheels when all is said and done! Your telling me they don't see some wideners as affordable? I see your point but I also see through it.. Come on now

It's simple bolt two rims together then cut out the inner ring of the outer rim. Once you do that it will bolt up like normal but with a really big lip.

Or take a wheel and split it, then glue a piece of PVC or ABS pipe in between to make whatever width you want.

It would be nice if someone made a wide 1.9 wheels so you could play with custom tires like these:

1.9 cut n shut panther cobras with HB rover 1.9 sidewalls
2 1/8" wide

Compared to a Trep & Rock Beast

That's always driven me crazy too. I don't like my beads to be .5" apart - I keep hoping I'll run across a set of your old SLW wideners one of these days.

Make them yourself:

Cut here to make the ring that will be glued to another wheel:

Take off paint of "donor" wheel:

These are 1 5/8" wide:

Same wheels with Pitbulls:

Full, double-wide with reduced 2.2 TSL's:

Exactly, I wouldn't mind paying more for wider wheels. I don't understand why nobody have done it yet or sales a wheel with different width option..
