What foam are you using on these narrowed tire?

I'm using crawler innovations products, custom modified dual/triple stages

Sounds like it's going to take some tuning and a big pile of foam... You did such a clean job on these, do you have any suggestions or tips for getting them to come out that nice? Also, did you use exactly 1 1/2 of the 1.9's per tire? Just checking to see how many I should order. Thanks!

Yeah you need exactly 1 1/2 per tire... So you'll need 6 1.9's total... The sidewalls need to have an OD of 4.25" before you glue them to the tread

You mean if you have a 4.25" OD side wall and just glue the 1.9 on it at the bead? And this will use exactly 1.5 tyre per tire?

You first need to cut the bead out of the 1.9... There's a line that goes all the way around the tire and just cut all the way around along that line... I'll post some pics later

Here's the pics of it... First pic is where you need to cut and 2nd is when the sidewall has been cut out

Thank you again for all the help! I would never expect a vendor to go out of their way to help potential customers do it themselves. You will definitely get my business on a set of narrowed voodoos!

Do you have any suggestions on foam setups for these tires on a 4 lb 2.2s?
