So I'm picking up a set of these tomorrow. And I have both the single stage deuces wild foams and a set of dual stage foams. Both from CI and both for the tsl xl height. Which one would most of you guys prefer? Seems like most are running The deuces wilds. I love how tall they are. I like my rig to be kinda scale and extremely capable so the size is right on for me Last edited by cykb4117; 07-17-2014 at 11:55 PM. |

I'm running 4.5 lil nova w/med outters and a tuning disks and find they perform nicely. Although I am thinking about removing the tuning disks the outside treads are getting wasted.

I wonder if the height of these would allow us to run our 1.9's on wraith width curries? Does anyone have a 1.9 rc4wd bogger for comparison?

I've had mine almost a year, awesome tires, especially once they're broken in. I've been running Ci lil novas the last 5 months or so and the compasses don't miss a beat. My truck goes almost everywhere my friends 2.2 trucks go (losi rock claws and rovers) , handles rocks, dirt, mud, snow (not the best snow tires). They tend to clog in very find sand when wet, but I love them. I've tried proline tsl xl's (not impressed), rc4wd Mickey t ttc's (not a bad tire), ripsaws, trepadors, and these. I like these the best. DSC_0019 by KJHillbery, on Flickr DSC_0090 by KJHillbery, on Flickr Current build (in progress) with the same compasses 20150221_130345(0) by KJHillbery, on Flickr |

These tires look good, but you're probably the only one that hasn't been impressed by ProLine TSL's.

These are an exact replica to the Toyo Mud Terrain tires. I work at Les Schwab Tire Center in Washington state and I sell these 1:1 tires for a living and was super stoked when I was able to find them for my scaler build

I'm definitely impressed with this tire. Grips rock very well and the soft and sticky compound grips smooth slick slate too. Only change I would make is a better foam so the tire doesn't fold - my JK is a heavy rig. They look great too! |
