Home Made ~ Metal 1.9 Bead Lock Rings !!!

Cool discovery: Do you want Metal 1.9 Bead Lock Rings for your Scaler or Crawler ?
Get [8] of them for $10.oo / / Compared to Axial (2) for $12.oo
Ok Then Buy ~ (4) Packages of:
HILLMAN ~ Machine Bushing / Washers / Zinc
1-3/8 x 2-1/8 x 14GA ~ Size
Part Number: H# 883572
They come in packages of (2) For $2.25 to $2.75 At Big Box ~ Hardware Stores
Or your local hometown Hardware Store may have them or could Order them for you.

{Just line up your current bead lock rings to the washer & mark the holes then drill them out}

{Best to use Duck Tape to hold your bead lock rings to the washer for drilling the holes}
{Use a drill bit just slightly larger than the 2mm size screws or 3mm size that you're using}

[They are thinner then your stock rings, So if you're using 2mm x 12 screws use washers]

( You can Sand & Paint them to match your Scaler or Crawler or just leave them Silver )

I knew the idea about using washers for bead lock rims have been around since the dinosaurs.
It was just the fact that I found the exact same washer size as 1.9 bead lock rings.
That was the point I was trying to make and just wanted to pass it along.
And for the ones that may have not knew about this idea...

I Painted the Metal Beadlock Rings ~ Flat Black & Inside the bolt holes with Gloss Black.
Just a better look then the Silver I think. ~ Also added (24) 2mm washers to all the bolts.
It's kind of neat to see my truck up on Blocks ok well Tupperware bowls ~ LOL
Someday I will get a set of them Scale 6 ton Jack Stands...
