how to make a 2.2 taller?

is it possible to take a 2.2 tire and just make it taller by using two sets of tires for the outside and diffrent sidewalls? man i feel like itd be a mess to do.

Yeah people do that all the time. I've seen 6.0" ripsaws. Look up cut n shut 2.2 in the search box.
