Default voodoo u4 tires foam setup for scaler.

Just ordered up some blue compound u4 tires and need to order some foams. Has anyone used this tire on a c3 type scaler. Thinking about going with 6.0 double deuce foams. Thanks.

Here is what I used on my XTV.

5.5 DD with Med outers up front with standard DW out back.

Szczerba's 2.2 XTV

I'm using 5.5 soft DD with my Blue scale setup. Be sure to give the blue's time to break in (or hold your rig down on a concrete drive way and burn rubber) You can REALLY dial them in with siping as well

I have the gold u4s with standard deuces wild foams with tuning rings mounted on six bolts and love the setup for go fast. Will probably do dd foams for my scaler. We dont comp on much rock its mostly dirt, mud and moss.

In those conditions, try this mod to the U4's...crazy dirt/mud traction at lower speeds

This isn't the best pic in the world but this cut also works great and looks super bad ass as well

I really like the way the tires look in there stock form so for now I will start with something a little more subtle. Im sure ill lose a little bite but for me the looks are a little more important. So im willing to sacrifice.
