Unhappy Stripping crome

Hey guys im kinda new here and ive got some HPI Mt wheels(5 spoke) they are the crome ones and i want the crome gone any sugestions i also plan to narrow them any tips would be apreciated

you can try ez off over cleaner or a acetone base solvent. are you planning on dyeing them too?

ya i was planning black but we will see how it turns out any ideas on narrowing the rims ive got like 8 i got super cheap

i think i remember reading that brake fluid works. BUT i could be wrong, so dont freak if you try it and blow up your house...
