Should I glue 2 piece foams?

I bought new PitBull RockBeasts on Amazon and they came with some 2 piece memory foam inserts. The inner grey is like standard open cell foam and the outer white section is like memory foam. But they are separate pieces.

Should I glue them together or is it recommended to leave them as separate pieces?

I tried searching, but you can imagine Glue Foams brings up threads on gluing tires and what foams to use...

No need to glue, put them into your tire one foam at a time and then insert your wheels. They are two piece so you can do some tuning if you want.
