You want flexible CA glue for cut-n-shuts, something like this:
Bob Smith Industries IC-2000 Black Rubber Toughened CA (1oz) [BSI118] | Maintenance - AMain.com - AMain.com
Bob Smith Industries IC-2000 Black Rubber Toughened CA

I couldn't disagree more with the old school of tire glue thoughts. IC2000 is crap.

I've made about 30 sets of 4 tires in all sizes for Comp use, never had one let go at the glued seam since stopping using IC2000. The best glue hands down is the AKA tire glue.

I liked sniffing the Losi glue and occasionally used it to do tires.

I'm using Loctite 406 for modifying tires
Never liked IC2000.......

I've only used IC-2000 once when I did my Cut-N-Shut's years ago... at the time, it's what was recommended.
Sorry for giving you outdated info Paul.

X2! 406 is great stuff.

AKA tire glue works well too, and is cheaper.
