2.2 axial rockster beadlocks mounting problems... any tricks?

i'm having the hardest time trying to mount these freaking things up... i've tried putting rock beasts and proline xl swampers on them and they always pop out somewhere....
just wandered if anyone has a trick with these smaller rings.. it's like they need to be a little wider to catch more of the tire...

It takes some push/pull to get the bead seated. Get 3 screws in on the ring tighten each equally and push/pull the bead in. Then finish tightening. I've had tsl xl's on them for like 8 months and some gnarly winter stuff

finally got em.... had to pull the tire in with velcro strap sort of like you do when gluing them to keep them in... then like ya mentioned just had to push and hold a few spots while tightening....

I've tried some combinations of wheels and tires, and the Axial wheels are by far the easiest to work with. It just takes some practise. Proline fits very well, but have given me a lot of trouble on other wheels.

Yeah the fit seemed good but until i pulled the tire in i would get all the screws tightened and find about a 1/4" spot that wasn't in...
