LST's, MGT's, K-rocks, Giant Tracs, Moabs, Jumbo Swamp Dawgs, Kongs.... there is not a single 'best' all-around tire from what I've seen. Where one tire might excel in certain conditions, it may fall behind in others. It depends on the type rocks you're crawling on. Hook up with other crawlers in your area and see what they're running and what they think of their tires. ;)

You could also try PL Moab 40 series. They have a good ammount of tread on the sidewall and the do well on a lot of the rock surfaces.

yea the sidewall looks aggressive. Maybe trim every other lug out the center to give it more of a swamp dawg look? :?

i think those tires are way to wide for crawling. i used to have a set on a emaxx before i got into rock crawling and they are wide. Unless you cut-n-shut them like people are doing with the kong tires then may be good. just my .02

After looking around. I'm either gonna get Swamp Dawgs, K-Rock, or maybe try kwj48's idea & take every other lug out of the Claw dawgs. What do you guys think?
