Default 2.2 JConcepts Ruptures

The 2.2 JConcepts Ruptures, as they are born, out of the bag with no modification, anybody has some experience with them?

Better still, has someone done a comparison with the HB Rover white dots?

I've searched, but other than a few older mentions of ownership with little details, some narrowed or modified versions and a bit on the 1.9, there isn't much on the 2.2 version.

For my crawler/trail Wraith, I am looking for something similar bur taller than the Rovers I already have and the Ruptures look like they might fit the bill, but I am looking for some first hand experience before I order a set from my LHS.

Thanks

IMO, they are a pretty good tire, especially after some Dremel work.

And for the price, they are definitely worth it.

Amazing tire. I run them on my comp car. Make sure you get c.i 6.0 soft front medium outer foams. The forward bite is second to none.

Travis, what trimming have you done? Can you post a pic? What is the weight of your rig? This will be my next tire for my Wraith also, which weighs 5 lbs 6 oz and is only for crawling, but I want the best tire and am happy to trim them if that's what other people have found works best.

Sorry, I don't have any pics, they're not on my rig right now, I'll have to find them. I'll try to get some pics up in the next few days.
