| Re: My Hyrax Review I am going to add my thoughts on the new Hyrax soon but I'm not hating on anyone. It's just some friendly satire. Are you going to review the Hyrax or just keep telling people how the PooDoos are better? |

Another review: They did two lines the old standard RB couldn't do earlier on. Same car, nothing but brand new unused tires. First impression they seem to work very well allround. SSD 1.9, CI 4.5 standard inner, medium outer. Nice and plush feeling, comforming well around obstacles and still provides good lateral support. Don't know the weight of this car, but it's a lot heavier than a standard SCX10. |

I noticed they work better on my lighter new .2 when i put them on my old pig. They didn't seem to work as good as the new pitbull xls I'm guessing its because the compound is a little harder

| Re: My Hyrax Review Well Hombre, I did review the Hyrax. And did not say Voodoos were better. It's clear you didn't even read my post. I simply stated that Voodoo works for me and everyone should run what works for them. I also cited a couple facts about the U4 since it was clear there was some question around their application. So post a review already so some poor guy looking for a review can actually get one.. Instead of all this other s&%t. |

I read your post. When/where did you review Hyraxes? "I saw these run at Disney"? Have you ran any Hyraxes on your trucks? Have you ran anything but VooDoos since joining the cult?

But they're just... Ugly. & the overall look of the rig greatly depends on the tire IMO. I feel the same way with klr's. No puppetry here. Just a scale n00b. But not, n00b.

They are not the prettiest tires, but if they perform I dont really care. On most of my rigs I'd much rather have an ugly tire that performs well than a super scale looking tire that sucks. There were a couple guys running the Hyraxes at our comp this weekend but I still cant really comment on their performance. One guy running them did very well, but driver and truck obviously play a big part in it. I didnt get to see the other guy...I had my head so far up my ass it took me a long time to dig it out. |

See and I think they look great but I'm 100% with the Colonel on this one. It really doesn't matter to me one bit how good or bad a tire looks if it pulls great lines. I need my components to perform first then look good.

I think they look badass. Would I want them on my TF2? No. But for the rig I use on trails with a lexan body, they're killer

Especially on a great set of LURC wheels. I love this combo.

I'm 50/50 on the looks. Not crazy about the looks but it's not enough to discourage me from buying a set. For a scale tire they have too much of an open pattern for my tastes, but I really like the sidewall. |

I'd say it looks like an opened up BFG KM2 Mud terrain... Scale enough. |

The Flat Irons are based off the BFG KM2 MT. Thinking I need to pick up a set of these...Liking the aggressive tread. |

First comp on the hyrax today running ci comp cut soft in the front and standard med for the rear. Weather was rainy and cold the tires preformed unreal was able to make lines that other tires struggled with they cleaned out great and bit to rock like it was sandpaper needless to say I'm super impressed with them |
