Hey all. Keep an eye out for pre-orders to open up in early 2017. The latest tire in the KLR family is geared towards filling a gap that exists for a performance tire in the Class 1 world. This new tire is C1 SORRCA legal and will retain the same qualities as it's sister 1.9 KLR. However, the new RED VEX compound will make it's debut in this tire. The compound is specifically formulated to give the tire desirable characteristics in the C1 category such as: 1:1 feel and look, even wear patterns, responsiveness. The KLR tread pattern is known for it's ability to hold vertical and side hill lines (no shake down). This will also translate into the 4.19 KLR. For too long we have sacrificed tire performance for 1:1 looks. Not anymore. Thanks for reading and keep your eyes peeled. This will certainly be a trend revolution..

Nice looking tire for the little tire guys.

But the "game changer" moniker is played out, especially in the tire world.

Are they all 4.19? I like the narrow width

I'd love to see all 3 or at least the 2 on the right offered in 4.5-6! That width is perfect.......

Yes they are all 4.19. 1.3 wide.

The standard KLRs are 4.7 high...

Was able to get the test sets mounted up and out to the mountains for some R&D on foams. We were running all three flavors but the conditions were perfect for the M/T-X. We were all very impressed with the capability and had a great time putting these babies through the ringer. Still need some additional foam testing but we are close. You guys really are going to love this tire on a C1 rig..

Looking forward to these.

I like my Growlers for C1 tires but could use something a little more aggressive while still hitting the 4.19 size (and I'm tired of the stretched 1.55s on 1.9 wheels look). The MTs or even the ATs would fit the bill.

Got some testing in on the A/T. Was able to dial the foams in perfectly. I'm using the Ottsix dual stage foams for the 1.9 KLR. I did some cutting and gluing and got the foams to following dimensions:

Inner - 1" x 2.875"
Outer - 1.25" x 4"

The goal is to offer the foams in similar size from Ottsix. Gotta say I really loved this tire on NM broken granite
