| Glue on wheels for U4
How do glue on wheels hold up to U4 racing? Was thinking about get some CI Double Duce glue on wheels but wasn't sure how they'd hold up to a puller pro in a bomber. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Glued on tires work just fine. I run the CI 6 bolt wheels on my Yeti with no problems.

Racers have been gluing tires to rims for 30+ years... Plain old CA, or super glue. Clean, scuffed plastic rims, clean rubber. Properly vented tires for racing. (do not use the rims as the main vent) If it is aluminum rims then I honestly cant tell you how well the glue will bond. Specialty glues like "Gorilla Glue" work, but will not come off with conventional methods. |
