I'm pretty sure I saw those on Ebay when I bought some similar for my JK. I can't find them now but Integy has some that look close.

Boom Racing sells them, but you'll get them cheaper at places like this. See style 2 and B2.

Yes, I've ordered lots of stuff from them. I have not ordered from that particular seller though. Their rating was kind of low. And on second look I don't see that they actually offer the B and B2 style. But if you look on AliExpress or eBay you will find this style and you shouldn't pay more than $50 shipped for all 4 wheels.
