|  Is there anywhere you can pay to cut and shut tires?
Like the title says I'm wondering if there's a person or place that will cut and shut tires for compensation. I have attempted it on a few useless tires and I'm terrible at it lol and don't want to ruin the tires I need done, i know there used to be a place that did it but can't for the life of me recall said place. So any suggestions? (Besides get good that is cuz that ain't gonna happen lol) and just in case I'm trying to have some of the small proline 1.9 tsls cut down to mount onto 1.7 rims (yes I know there will be tons of swearing and frustration lol) so if anyone can point me towards an option it would be greatly appreciated
