Alot of people run the HPI Geolanders. In fact, every TLT crawler with the exception of Tetsulo (rcmt) and mine run them. I have no complaints about my mashers. I ran them foamless for a while but sometimes when coming up to certain jagged rocks, the tires would deflate and push below the rock. I run them now with foams designed for smaller 2.2" tires, and they work great. Another tire to consider is the Imex's swamp dawgs. It's really soft, and will look really good. The only problems I see though is that you say you're still at 1:18 and the mashers and swamp dawgs are very tall (nearly 5 inches). |
