Default G-made beadlocks

Hi all,

I've been looking at beadlocks and found a set on RPP made by G-made. They're the NR02 plastic beadlocks. Does anyone have any experience with these? I'm on a tight budget and would rather put the money into the tires. Here's what I'm lookingat

Thanks,

I haven't used that wheel but used their vr01 and liked them. They were a 3pc design inner face, beadlock inner ring and outer face. The offset sucked them in more than I liked and had to space them out some. Another note I was able to mount proline tires on them after I beveled the inside edge of the inner beadlock ring on both sides. Any other tire should mount up without this modification. With that said I would buy another set of gmade wheels

Save yourself some trouble and skip the plastic ones. They are notorious for the center screws pulling through and breaking the center hub. Gmade makes a line of metal ones that are only a bit more cost-wise and are miles better in durability.

The extra weight of my metal SR02 wheels is also a benefit.

I've got a set of plastic ones from gmade. They haven't given me any problems but I've only probably put a couple hours on them before I got vanquish wheels. Still have the gmades but they are light. If your on a budget keep an eye out on eBay you can find decent Chinese beadlocks for around $50 but I will say the steel gmades are solid! Had them on an old truck

Default G-made beadlocks

I've been running gmade plastic nr01 for 2 seasons now. Never a crack or broken wheel. I prefer the light wheel over the steel beadlocks.
