Sitting in the UPS depot in St. Louis. UPS made a clerical error entering some code and won't release the goods until they fix it. Been going on three days now waiting for them to enter the correct code. No idea what the heck it's all about. But they are sitting there waiting patiently for a boy or girl to play with them and give them a good home.

I love my pitbulls.. Have seven older sets already. But now it's difficult to follow the price increase. Almost double the price of certain other great brands. I hope that prices will eventually drop.

I will probably have to do a little extra trimming on my 1.55 rig to get them Rockers...i mean Rock Beasts to fit, but I'm looking forward to it.

We haven't had a price increase. On some sizes we decreased pricing. The pricing on our website is higher than the price dealers sell our tires. We do that to protect our dealers.

Exactly! It's a tough pill to swallow and it's not one I'm willing to take without the tire I've been asking to get for years.

Yes we understand that, and it is nice to see a manufacture trying to drive business to your dealers.

Let me cite an example.

Pitbull RB 1.9 in Komp Kompound are $29.99 a pair, in my opinion over priced, because the foams are crap(again my opinion) and you have to buy CI foams to make these tires work up to their potential.

Pitbull PBX A/T in Alien Kompound are $29.99 a pair. Better rubber and the foams worked really well with them and do not need replacing(again my opinion). I can swallow the cost for getting a premium tire under those circumstances.

Now the 39.99 price tag is just too high, 34.99 is pushing it. However supply and demand, if you can get that price for them, then all the power to you.

This is a strait up lie. Your new 1.55 tires cost more than your larger 1.9 tires.

All while costing almost 2x as much as every other tire out there.

He said on some sizes, learn to read before you call someone a lier.

Now what are these brands that are half the price you keep reffering to?

Ottsix are in the same price range if not more, prolines are slightly less, past that there are not many tires that are in the same level performance.

I own durtrax, rc4wd, and axial tires and all of them suck compared to pitbulls, so you can not compare them.

The foam that comes with the 1.55 RB, is it the same density-material etc as the PBX foam, which holds well on my tf2 weight wise.

i dont get why the new tires are around 10 bucks more a pair than the 'old' pb tires. but it seems like you arent having any problems selling them.

I dont know about the scaler guys and their tires (yeah I have a TF2 SWB with 1.9 Pit Bulls) I also have a MOA XR10 and it sucks to try and find a good tire that will stay in production. When you do you have to do all these mods to make it work. Cut And Shut to get right width, shave tread off of sidewall, sipe tread, etc. Then you have to modify foams to fit in said tire. I just bought my first set of PB foams and so far love them. It would be awsome to be able to buy a tire that I could Comp with right out of the box. (hint, hint.) A narrow pin tire with shaved sides and a good soft sticky compound with foams would easily be worth the money if I didnt have to mod it. I am running white Sadonas now out doors with narrowed and shaved rears full size fronts just shaved. 2 stage foams narrowed to fit tires (PB foams now, just trying them, compared to CIs) I realy hope to be able to use these foams at least, I can get them at my LHS. The whole mail order thing... pfffft. Keep the local guys in business, they are there for you on sunday afternoon racing when stuff breaks. Hope to find out you make a good product and I will be a loyal customer.

What did you expect? You need to compare with Proline, price and performance.

What type of stupid question is that? Or is it that English is a second language and you failed to bother to read the entire post?

Let me help, pay attention to the larger letters.
