Re: Mud terrain tires ATees Looks okay to me. I just found a single unused rc4wd mud thrasher tire, and sure i have those as they are standard on the trailfinder 2 BUT here is the kicker, the one i have are a 1.9 size, and i have no clue where it come from, the 1.55 ones i have are all still on the wheels for the trailfinder. I dont even know anyone that run 1.9 mud thrashes.:???: I sort of wish i had 3 more cuz the rc4wd tire dont look bad. |
Re: Mud terrain tires ATees Way too small for me. But I don't like driving my RC on flat ground... |
Re: Mud terrain tires ATees Danish dirt are well suited for 96 - 110 mm OD But some argue that's no good, but they shut up when i drive the same line they do with portal axles and 120 mm tires. It is off course not ideal on those sharp brake overs where you risk being hung up on the skid if you are not prepared or cant gain enough speed to "force" your way over. But those places are rare here and are mostly partly exposed tree roots, and it are rare a gate are placed right there necessitating you negotiate the obstacle slowly and careful. Captures this ( my friends TRX4 ) yesterday in a place where you do have to pay attention to your approach or you will get in trouble within feet. This are the easy part. <iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/RjL0R--_UQA" allowfullscreen="" width="854" height="480" frameborder="0"></iframe> |
