Crawler Innovations Deuces Wild single stage foams are what you want. They are non-absorbant, don't break down in water, and last a really long time with next to no effort. Just don't store your truck resting on it's tires for more than a few days or they may develop flat spots.

I can't find a size spec on the Redcat tires so I can't tell you exactly what size CI inserts would fit but I'm sure someone could.

I ordered some Crawler Innovations "Deuce's Wild" 1.9 Proline TSL SX XL Crawler Foam for my Gen 7 Pro. Have only had it out once but I don't think they give me enough forward bite. There is no air gap between the foam & the tire. Might work well for high speed running but not crawling. I'm debating on whether to buy another set or cut the ones I have by cutting the ribs off at least in the front one.

The Crawler Innovations "Deuce's Wild" 1.9 Proline TSL SX XL Crawler Foams are for +8 lb crawlers & my Gen 7 Pro weighs about 7.5 lbs

I send the required information to Crawler Innovations and ask which was the best foams for a Gen 7 Pro, mine weighs 7.2 lbs without the spare on the roof. CI recommended the following.

CWR-2025 front Lil Nova medium
CWR-3005 rear Duces Wild XL rear

Already had the DW XL's, ordered the Lil Novas

Will these foams get hard in the cold? That is the issue I'm having with my gen 7 pro, I get no traction when I take it in the snow

Snow is frozen water, not going to get the same traction as when its dry.

But when I first take it out of the heat it will grab more when the tires are soft compared to when they get cold after a few minutes

The rubber compound is getting cold and getting rock hard, its not your foams freezing unless your foams are soaking wet.

Do you plan to only run in the snow?

The foams do get wet once and a while. But the dry out good near the wood stove. I plan to run it all the time but there is snow here quite often

If you're going to run in wet and snow a lot, it's a good idea to vent your tires. They're going to get water in to them regardless in these conditions, and venting somewhere in the tread profiles gives the water and exit and they will dry out much more quickly. You can use a good leather punch tool, or simply take a coat hanger, sharpen the end a bit, heat it up and poke it through. 2 holes opposite each other works well, but you can go more. An additional benefit is the tires will tend to conform more over terrain.
