Default Integy wheel stock bomber tires slip

I have unglued these titles twice with a hair dryer, so possibly there is that much rubber missing, but I don't think so.

Wondering if it's the wheels or the tires. Like supposedly there are 2 groups of bead styles that are not compatible. It seems like I could lap down the wheel side so the beadlock ring pinches tighter. Both inner and outers do this on all 4 wheels.

If I use CA glue or rtv black how difficult will it be to clean the wheels later? How effective will it be?

Do these BFG Baja's have the same bead as Hyraxes?

What Incision wheel is that?

I'm completely unaware of an Incision wheel that has 8-bolt hubs...

Or 8-bolt beadlock rings...

I have Incision Method MR307 2.2" wheels, they use 6-bolt hubs and 5-bolt beadlock rings on the inner rim.

All of the Incision wheels are the same except the plastic Machete wheels, which use 6-bolt hubs and 6-bolt rings both inner and outer.

That's a different design and problem. My rims are 1piece plus 2 beadlocks. My tires mount easily, but the beadlock ring hits metal before it crimps the tire tight enough.

Really considering adhesive options over milling down metal. Maybe I could tap the beadlocks with a hammer curling them in more too, but x8 sounds like work.

Are those the tires off a RTR Bomber?

The versions from the RTR have thinner beads since Axial designed them to be glued on while the R35 versions from the kit (and the versions you can buy separately) were designed to be beadlock friendly. Not to say you can't mount the RTR tires on beadlocks but it just isn't going to happen with some wheels.

Yes RTR bomber, thanks. That's helpful. Maybe I'll go tire shopping.

I have the Axial klt R35 compound Axial BFG Baja T/As mounted on my Incisions, they have a good bead.

BTW!

If you check the TCS Crawlers website, they have a handful of older tire designs for 40%-50% off right now - Axial R35 (kit compound) BFG Krawler T/As, PitBull Growlers, Axial Trepadors, Axial Ripsaws, Axial Falken Wild Peaks... all in 2.2" - basically getting all 4 for the price of a pair.

There is a lot of other stuff on sale, too - including some 1.9" tires:

I know rtv sealent is very hard to get off the rim and almost imposable to get off the tire i mounted a tire that had half the bead missing the rtv ultra black held on a 10lb rig till i replaced the tires i use a exsacto knife to cut the tire off the rim because i tore a tire trying to just pull it off once super glue works great for mounting but i have never had it hold on aluminum wheels usaly comes off with the tire so.no rim clean up
For future referance maybe i know you already figured it out

Any particular super glue? I have an opportunity to get a second set so may have the issue again. Or is ca glue good.

I do a lot of tire work (cut & shut, narrowing etc) and I've found AKA to be worth the money. It gives you a second to reposition if needed and cuts with an xacto blade when a tire needs to he removed.
