Default Comp Crawler tires

Been out of the hobby for a couple of years.
Lots of tyres have gone off the market.
What would be the tyres of choice lately?

The ones I found are RC4WD and VooDoo. Both pin type tires.

Post deleted. I've clearly misunderstood the question.

For lugged tires, Jconcepts Ruptures are similar to the old Hot Bodies Rovers, they're 6" tall though. HPI (Hot Bodies) listed a "new" Rover a few months ago, but I've yet to see them available for sale.

Those are the same old red 1.9's that were discontinued years ago. They are made in asia now. I bought a bunch of them from the same source as supershafty for $15 a pair shipped off of ebay.

As for popular comp tires these days the ottsix voodoo is popular, I love the jconcepts ruptures in both 2.2 and built 1.9 flavor. The built 1.9 red rovers are nice too but I only got 1 day on them before the weather turned so I can't give a solid answer either way on them.

Nope. You were sort of correct for my Wraith.
This one is about a Bully 2 axle comp crawler.
Your answer did help a lot.

Thanks

I loved the HB Rovers.
Will have a look at them.

The pin tires did fare well here with us. I used Losi pins with a proper choice of CI foams.

Depends on the terrain. I have been told at NENC in raush creek PA lug tires are the way to go, not pins.
