Default Easy way to remove glued tyres

I tried boiling but not successful, cutting just ruins the tyres.
If you have one of these

3 mins at 210 degrees for the first side, take out with tongs and push tyre from bead, turn tyre over and do 2 mins for the other side, push the tyre off. Leave to cool or put in cold water and you have this.

Tyres, rims and foams all undamaged afterwards. These were factory glued, and glued very well. Hardly any smell as it's so quick. Basically 3 mins just starts them smoking but not too much.

The word "wave" in the name makes me wonder if it's safe for metal wheels.
