Not "just" silver, or black...would like to see them in gray, as well, to match the gray wheels.

These only fit our steel wheels as they require a flat surface around the lug holes to mount. So they wont fit any of our aluminum wheels.

How do you properly tighten those hard enough around the wheel? Does that go over the nut at the end of the hex?

These caps go on when you assemble the wheel with the tire.
Then you attach the wheel to axle as usual. The locknut/driver (or locking hub) fit inside the center cap.

So it's the same as fitting any wheel on an axle.
