What size hubs ???

I recently picked up some used Vanquish OMF 2.2s, which came with SLW hubs already attached. Unfortunately, there's no markings to indicate their size. Total thickness, including the wheel 'nub', is 14.5mm. Without the 'nub', they're approx 12.25mm. They're too thick to be 350s, and they're too thin to be 725s. Can anyone please tell me which SLW hubs these are?

I believe slw hubs are measured from the backside edge to the wheel mounting surface (NOT including the "nub", measured in thousandths of an inch) so a .475 would be 12.065mm, sounds like what you've got. .600's would be 15.24mm by the same method.

Are the lug holes threaded 4-40? Most (all?) of the Chinese knockoffs are threaded m3 or even m2.5, so their measurements probably won't match up perfectly with the genuine article (which annoyingly uses 4-40.)

They're 4-40...not knockoffs. After cleaning them up, disassembling them, painting the screws that'll go into the "decorative" holes, swapping the original black beadlock rings for blue,and putting them back together, here's what they're looking like.
