are their any rims out there that will fit a TXT & the Jumbo Swamp Dawgs other that the IMEX ones without having to use an adapter or switch to clod axles?

make them fit on the TXT wheel. You can do it.

by cutting the tire? not sure as i have the guts to do that. any other suggestions?

No. The TXT wheel is smaller than the tire hole on the IMEX tire. You would need to increase the tire hole diameter. This is easily done. You can see how I did it with my BFT tires on TXT Wheels. Should work out about the same with the IMEX tires. As for width, that won't be any problem at all.
