Default Storage of new Tores.

Hi Guys.

Just been offered a good deal on a lot of proline tires.

13 packages of 1.9 Hyrax G8 compound and 8 packages of 1.9 Predator compound.
Whole lot for the price of 12 packages. From a Shop going out of business.
Sounds like a good deal.

But these are the newer Proline in bags without zip ties.
So not airtight bags.

Can this affect the condition of the tires? They have been sitting in a closed cardboard box in a closet for a year or so.

Rubber breaks down over time but I wouldn't be too worried if its just been a year. If it were 15 or 20 years old maybe then I'd worry.

Almost a year old. But always been in bags in a box. Not airtight tho...

I pulled the trigger and picked them all up
