Default Most wear resistant tire?

Whats a nice wear-resistant tire? Preferably in 1.9 4.19 OD or similar.
I'm using them for a prerunner/trophy truck project based off of a 10.2.
I'ts going to be driven more like a short course truck, and with the added wear from locked diffs, tires are probably going to wear fast, so pretty much the harder the better.

I was planning to get proline KM3s in G8, but those are probably only going to last me a month. Are cheap knockoffs worth a try?

G8 is very wear resistant. I would go with the plan of km3s...

Thanks, good to know. I have a couple of G8 tires, which last a while, just don't know how they hold up at speed.

Why not get actual short course tires? If you look at the specs most of the overall diameters are in between a class1 and class 2 tire

I would be more concerned about the foams inside the tire than the tire compound
The g8 compound is a vary long wearing compound ive been chewing on mine for years now with vary little wear i most run on rock and spin tires alot lol
The Chinese tires seem to wear realy fast on the same rocks
Tamiya tires last forever with no signs of wear but there under 4"s
Axial has the s30 and even stiffer r40 compounds but there on the big side
Most rtr tires will hold up but the sizing might cause a problem
Traxxasss has some shortcourse tires with a dirt style tread but a hard street compound that dont wear down to fast
In my opinion you should get the tires you want then pm crawler inovations and see what foams he recomends

Go G8 KM3s. To get them to handle speed, run CI single stage foams.

Compounds like Vodoo Vex or Pro line Predator compound wear quick, but any other normal crawling compound do last a very long time. I wouldn't worry about it. Plus tire wear is cool.
