Default RC4WD 5 Lug Deep Dish Wagon 1.9 Steel Stamped Wheels (Plain)

I’m looking at a set of these for a project. Can anyone say if these “Plain” wheels are clear coated, or just bare steel?? https://store.rc4wd.com/5-Lug-Deep-D...in_p_5146.html

They are clear coated, actually painted grey I believe...

I have been running them for 5 years now...

Thanks for the feedback, that's what I was hoping to hear. For a second I thought they'd come as bare steel, that you had to primer/paint yourself.

Nice looking rig, by the way!

I want to get some rc4wd tires for my scx24 since the stock ones are a bit too stiff. I just want to make sure before ordering that they'll fit with no issues. I know the hex size is the same and all the dimensions seem right but in the specifications it says 1/10 which seems wrong. Can someone with experience put my mind at ease?

It would help for you to post a link to the exact tires you're looking at, that way those with the knowledge might reply.

As the title says, "RC4WD 5 Lug Deep Dish Wagon 1.9 Steel Stamped Wheels".
These are 1.9" diameter wheels with 12mm hex. If you're trying to put these on an SCX24, you might need to do some "modifying"...

Not sure if it's a typo for "scx24", but as mentioned, a link or pic for exactly what you're looking for, would be helpful.

I have the same wheels in black on my scx24 and they fit perfectly - steel is great for adding some extra weight down low too.

Also should mention for the c10 I’d look at the smaller diameter tires from rc4wd unless you’re comfortable trimming the body/bumper for clearance. The ~48mm tires like Rok Lox, Rock Crusher, and Rock Creeper fit without modification.

I think there's some confusions going on, as the link I posted are for 1.9" wheels, clearly NOT suitable for a 1/24 scale rig. FWIW, I have installed these wheels on my rig and they are working our great.

This forum is certainly having some issues of late - a couple posts were made changing the subject, and both(!) included spam links...

Many other posts have been posted throughout the forum, including all sorts of spam links - nearly all from new-ish accounts.
