My axial scx10.3 jl has 1.9 pitbull growlers, I'm using ottsix halo foam, I have not vented them yet, I went to the outdoor rock course at the local hobby store And they did pretty well I usually run in a lot of water and mud loose dirt and roots on the trail, This is the 1st tire I have used besides the traxus Canyon trail... I'm curious if anyone else has used the growlers and what their thoughts are....

That’s all I and many here run. Always vented. We have lots of sandy coral rock and they work quite well. Many also cut lugs for more grip. I prefer alien compound Hang up and Drive |

They work ok at best in muddy wet conditions, better when cut. They do not like wheelspin, and they do not like cold. They are ok in sand, and gravel lol | |

I run the PitBull Growler ATs on about half of my trucks in both compounds, they are my go to tire. I also run Crawler Innovations foams un-vented.

I recently got a set that I put on my f9 Capra, I mostly wanted them for looks, but they performed much better than I expected considering the tread pattern. I’ll probably get another set eventually Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
