I'd have to say, those are the GCM 12-Spoke 1.9 rims with the faux rotor/hub inside. They have been discontinued for awhile now. Nice rims though...I always wished they would have made the same style as a 10-spoke with 5 lugs. They're very nice rims, even as 12 spokes.
